The Waterfall development by Crown Group was inspired by the luscious tropical landscapes of Indonesia. BoConcept Sydney Interior Designers Alessio & Ryan took on the challenge of staging and styling the luxurious three-bedroom penthouse, creating understated luxury with contemporary Danish design.

The Alicante dining table was chosen for its elegant look, and more importantly, it’s functional design. As buyers become more minimal in their choices, the Alicante table accommodates the needs of compact living without compromising on style and design. Its open base allows the user to comfortably stretch their legs with maximum freedom of movement. There are no disturbing edges and the durable ceramic top makes the aging process much less concerning overtime. With an integrated butterfly extension, this beautiful floating design seats 4- 10 people, allowing intimate family dinners to hosting those fun dinner parties. The table-top also comes with the possibility of a fixed top, therefore without the extension. Alicante’s versatility made it a clear pick for this project. Paired here with the velvet Vienna chairs.

Amsterdam white leather sofa — To maximise the seating in the apartment, the Amsterdam corner sofa was chosen. With its low profile and soft, subtle grey upholstery, the design does not overwhelm the space nor obstruct the striking views. It’s voluminous form and sweeping curves invite you to sit back, relax and unwind. Bolsters on the seat-back cushions, allow you to change your seating position, whether it is upright for more back support or tilted for more relaxed comfort. Stitching details enhance the tufted seat to create a soft and welcoming appearance. Complemented here by the Madrid coffee tables, adding a strikingly bold touch.

Study

Cupertino wooden office desk — Focusing on the task at hand is not as challenging when you’re equipped with the right tools. To gather thoughts, plans, and ideas, this home office space offers a functional, yet stylish look that still maintains a professional presence. The Cupertino executive desk speaks volumes with its large platform area, providing an ever-so generous workspace. Paired here with the iconic swivel-based Adelaide chair, along with the Como shelves for that added storage.

Bedrooms

To complement the headboard leather work-piece, an extra layer of textured chenille fabric was added, to create a space within the space (elevating that level of privacy). Austin bed’s cocoon look embraces you, offering a snug and comfortable place to rest.

Arlington bed — The Arlington’s bed is designed to create perfect support for reading or relaxing in the bed. Don’t underestimate this minimalist Scandinavian look, the headboard design with its classic wedge shape will support you in an upright seated position, offering optimal comfort.

A good nights sleep is the foundation for your whole day. For the guest bedroom, the elegant Lugano bed was the right fit. Keeping a minimalist look with a clean wooden frame, it’s perfect for compact living. Fitted with slim metal legs for a light and sophisticated look. Alternatively add clever functionality with the plinthbase for a heavy expression and extra storage solution. The tufted headboard adds a traditional touch and creates a soft, welcoming atmosphere.

Storage

glass console table — The Los Angeles console brings form and function together in cosmopolitan elegance. Mixing rich materials like glass, steel and wood, Danish designer Morten Georgsen has composed a beautiful aesthetics with tactile touch- perfect for the contemporary home. The glass top makes it possible to create your own display unit and showcase your favourite items. Its thin delicate frame combined with smoked glass adds a world a class. The construction is visible for distinct and exquisite expression.

With sweeping views of Sydney, the Torino outdoor table merges the look of the indoor table with the best of outdoor materials, that not only looks great, but durable as well over time. Paired with the Elba chairs, it’s contemporary look blends seamlessly with the backdrop of a modern bustling city.
